What is the minimum hourly booking?
The minimum booking is 3 hours for all hourly chauffeur service.
Can I make multiple stops during an hourly booking?
Yes — that is exactly what hourly service is designed for. Your chauffeur and vehicle are at your disposal for the full duration. Make as many stops as your schedule requires.
Can I extend my hourly booking if I need more time?
Yes. If you need to extend, contact your chauffeur directly or call dispatch at (855) 255-2557. Extensions are billed in hourly increments and subject to availability.
Is gratuity included in the hourly rate?
A gratuity of 15% to 20% is added at checkout. You may also choose to tip in cash — let us know at booking and we will remove it from the card total.
